Two years after opening in the Darsena area, the international bakery SISU doubles its presence in Milan with a second location at via Nirone 5. Founded by partners Giuseppe Gallello, Alessandro Sanso, and Silvia Dell’Acqua (head pastry chef), the project makes cultural fusion its trademark.

The culinary offering reinterprets Italian tradition with global ingredients and influences, covering every moment of the day from breakfast to aperitivo. The menu includes vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free options, paired with a selection of specialty coffee and a highly popular brunch available every day of the week.

The new space also retains the brand’s signature aesthetic, playing with textural contrasts of marble, concrete, and wood, all immersed in lush indoor greenery that creates a welcoming, cosmopolitan atmosphere.
