SISU launched its first “Sagra” on June 13th in the Darsena area, expanding its offering beyond its famous breakfasts. The pastry shop proposed a journey into international “comfort food,” revisited with a “plant-forward” and sustainable approach. The menu included three signature dishes—sweet potato shakshuka, asparagus carbonara, and steamed eggplant with miso—symbolizing the meeting point between the East and the Mediterranean. Founded by Alessandro Sanso, Giuseppe Gallello, and Silvia Dell’Acqua, SISU confirmed its status as a laboratory of culinary fusion in the heart of Milan. The space, characterized by a rustic and contemporary design, welcomed customers in an inclusive atmosphere, offering options for every dietary need. The event celebrated the pastry shop’s ability to transcend traditional boundaries, proposing an authentic, dynamic gastronomic experience deeply rooted in modern innovation.
